Dearest google reviews and Target furniture Wellington. I am writing to you from the divine comfort and unwavering support of my new bed base and co-ordinating headboard. As I rest upon this divine product, I sing the praises, of who can only be described, as a ‘customer service super star’. Alana. Alan’s knowledge and sales prowess was rivalled only by their sharp wit and intelligent fashion choices. I would sell my left kidney to be helped by this absolute Diva again, any day of the week too. Including Thursday, and I really like Thursdays. This employee deserves the highest commendation for those in this field, a solid high five. Target furniture you really have a fabulous team member here. Employing a star like this? Thats how you get 5 stars. We will return for more and more high quality and easy to assemble goodies. I have been disappointed over and over again. First our chaise was delivered in a different colour to our couch. We were told it would be sorted out within 3 days yet 5 days later and we still haven't been provided with an ETA. Secondly we ordered a chest or drawers to arrive with the couch and other items. 2 days prior to delivery we were told they were delayed by 2 weeks. 1.5 weeks later I called for an ETA to be told they were always arriving into Auckland at the end of October which is actually 5.5 weeks after the original delivery date. So we were lied to by the sales rep as the original delivery date was never possible. I have struggled to get order conformation emails after ordering items and I still have not got an ETA on the final items in my order. Over all my partner and myself are very disappointed with the service and would not shop at Target again.

I well not buying anything from this place again. When I received my Product after asking if it comes in a kitset or just a whole base and the sale person said that is it a whole piece. Where it is a in a kitset. Then the sales person ring me up to say it has arrived and to come and pick it up and I ask where do I pick up from he said from the store and when in got there I was meat to go to the warehouses in petone. When I ring target about the base bring in a kitset they said that they are sorry and they well sent someone around on Sunday to set it up for me under there cost I said cool thank you. Today when the team got here to set up there are is a part missing from the box. Then I ring target again to ask to see what they can do the manager at the lower store said Thursday because that all we can do. Was not happy about this I was unhappy by then. They got the Regional manager to ring and he was no help to me all he said is the best they can do is next Thursday. They sale going to give me anything on the sale or anything just a SORRY I DONOT RECOMMEND TAGET FURNITURE IF IS THIS HOW THEY LOOK AFTER THERE CUSTOMERS

Great service in person. Just don’t reply fast enough on email or return phone calls to make changes. And then when you call the helpline they tell you a different story on your order. By then it would’ve been too late and I’m stuck with having to refund something great…. Wish they shipped back to Auckland because I’m happy to pay more travelling charges.

Pathetic to say the least, Purchased a couch from the Lower Hutt branch, was a good experience in store. But then when it came to time of delivery I received a call saying they didn't have any stock of the right colour chaise for the couch but could have one delivered within a week with a loan chaise given which was fine. a week past no call no chaise arrived, another week no call no chaise. I followed up with them went through to the call centre who then told me there were no notes on the order and no chaise had been ordered. ridiculous, the call centre operator said that she would pass this on to the manager of the branch who would be in contact within the day to sort this out, I received no such call, I then followed up with them again spoke to Libby at the branch who was very helpful and sorted it out to be delivered ASAP The lack of communication from this store is beyond ridiculous do not recommend

Update. I am still waiting for your companies head manager to email me back about my complaint. Been waiting over 2 months to get what I ordered without defects. Emailed the store manager last Thursday evening and no reply since then. I did what Ricky said in his response below and emailed your customer service address but no reply from the head office. It is the most frustrating and disappointing experience I have experienced when buying a new product. -- I have already made a complaint to your Lower Hutt manager a couple of days ago and chased it up again yesyerday but they didn't get back to me yesterday as they said they would.

OMG... where do I start. 3 weeks ago I went into the Lower Hutt store and ordered 2 sofas, I was told they would be delivered in 2 weeks. Delivery day comes by and 1 sofa is delivered, it turns out the salesperson didn't order or charge me for two, something I didn't notice because I am extremely busy at the moment. I got in touch with the store and had a heated discussion with, I think, the store manager. He apologised profusely and said they'd get one to me the next day. Well that didn't happen of course, they didn't have one to deliver. Said they'd order one and get it to me the following Thursday. Thursday rolled round and no delivery, they didn't contact me to let me know so I contacted the store only to find that they actually hadn't ordered it. Said they'd get on to it and that it would be delivered the next Thursday. Unfortunately I am not available on that particular Thursday so I suggested I left the door unlocked and they could just put it in the room close the door and walk away. But, sadly, they wouldn't do that so now I have to wait until Saturday. I wouldn't have been quite so upset but I'm trying to open this house up as a BNB, wanted to do it prior to Easter to generate some income but thanks to these useless people that is not happening. Nobody is living in this house at the moment and there's nothing to steal so why they couldn't/wouldn't do that I don't know. This time the manager wouldn't come to the phone but we could hear him prompting the salesperson very clearly in the background. I think the manager could do with a refresher course in management. Stay away from this company, they have no idea of customer service, they promise you something and then don't deliver and what's more don't even contact you to let you know. If I could give them a minus 5 stars I would.

Can't recommend ever buying from here, was given a wait time of 2.5 months. Huge but if the item showed up I could live with it, 2.5 months later I ask for an update and am told... 2.5 more months. I get supply lines are a thing but did they not order it the first time? I'm not waiting that long so I request a refund, which they agree to. 2 weeks later still no item, or refund. Call them for an update and am again promised that refund... Well its been a week since that call and still no refund. This is starting to feel like some sort of scam
