★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend gave me a bag from Forever New this weekend, came there today to change for other thing, the staff just said that I couldn’t change for anything else as they need the receipt, tell me how you say to your friend you didn’t like the gift and want the receipt?!?!? Furthermore, the staff act as she didn’t want me there, what a terrible feeling??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get some great clothes here but at very high price. Though good to buy it on sale. I really love their clothes which are trendy yet sophisticated. Fitting rooms are very huge with large mirrors also staff very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a outfit for the occasion, however had to be ordered in from another store as they did not have the size I required, was told would take a couple of days, rung the store 3 times to see if the outfit had arrived it had not, was called 9 days later the outfit arrived, when the outfit arrived it contained a fault, in which the fault was pointed out to staff but advised that is how it was sitting and with adjustment s it would be fine....It was not. Only purchased as because it took so long I ran out of time before the event. Would recommend if they have the correct sizes instore would not recommend if needs to be brought in from another store.

Taigen was the best!! She was soo helpful, patient, polite and provided great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service! The shop attendant Tiegan is extremely rude and grumpy. I got accused of rubbing my make up off on a top amongst other things. All because I asked her if she could wipe the mark off the top as I was buying it. She also made no effort to find my name in the system which I had to insist that she tried my cel phone number just to find that my name had been put in wrong and instead of correcting it she wrote another random name nothing to do with mine instead of asking me to spell it. Rude and unnecessary so I’m very disappointed and won’t be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service from 1 individual in store & terrible online support. Only reason I am giving 2 stars rather than 1 is because there are a couple of lovely team members in this store. However, the team member who I presume to be the manager needs to be re-educated on customer service. An absolute embarrassment to your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am absolutely horrified at the customer service by a certain individual in the store! I went in shopping with my children as its school holidays and I turn around to hear this employee with very curly hair in a tied up bun with glasses talking very rudely to my children threatening them to not touch their dresses. They are children what do you expect? Who would threaten children like that?! I dont believe she is the a manager or anything as I havent seen her working there before for the past few months. I sincerely hope management would take action as I find this very unacceptable, I will have to double think before coming in to this store in future again
