★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is always enjoyable stopping by for a chocolate or a (taste of) waffle. However, as most of nz, it count on appearance more than on substance. Waffle, croissant, chocolate. Top 3 selling of the store. All very good looking. However: the waffle is easily too small; the croissant, tbh, is disappointing, not particularly good and too dry; chocolate kind of average. I really would love to give more than 3 star because it is a nice store with nice vibe... But I can't give 5 star if the food is good looking and just average in the taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful Chocolates. We had the dark chocolate spoon and the Hazelnut cone very delicious would purchase again. The christmas chocolate gift boxes look very delightful!!
Hot Chocolate really delicious but very sweet so next time I will prefer to have the smaller size:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Chocolate Fondue for TWO people ($25) and got the most pathetic amount of chocolate. I requested more chocolate and the lady said that extra chocolate requires a surcharge. Seriously? I paid $25 for this and you can’t even give me more chocolate to cater for the amount of fruit on the plate. She proceeded to give me more after complaining and said that only this time she will give me extra but next time i’ll have to pay the surcharge. The dish itself was good, but the portions suggest that it’s well overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first chocolate Coconut hot chocolate blew me away. It comes out in a mug on top of a little stand thing with a candle underneath. Really awesome. Since then they've been cold, warm...warmish...even when I ask for extra hot. Really helpful NZ girl on the chocolate and ordering side who I've seen a few times when I've been in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pancakes with ice cream & maple syrup & it was so delicious! I really like how you can customize it by also having the option to add chocolate &/or banana. The size was cute but also quite filling & the ice cream was very nice. My only complaint would be that I wish I could of had a little extra syrup? My friend had the waffles with ice cream, syrup, chocolate & banana & she really enjoyed it but also found the chocolate to be quite indulgent.
