★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That's was the worst experience I have never been before. I brought one pair of Adidas NMD in last year Nov. It got ruined after 3 months. I went back to the store at the least 3 times.the first time it's was a boy severe to me and ask what he can help. After I told the whole story he said I need come back the other day to talk to the manager.after couple days I back again to meet the"manager" he told me he can't make decisions on my case and ask me come back the day who is can slove the problem. The third time I back again it was the same "manager" said he is running the shop today. Obviouslys my case still not get solved. I felt so upset made me really depressed too.I have been to 3 times to the shop. I'm a full time work I don't have enough time to come to the shop whole the time to find the reall manager who can deal my case.also I don't wanna waste my almost 200 dollars.I'm trying to find the way I could get help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time! Min seemed to have a detailed knowledge about the products in the store from sneakers to the protect spray. Was abit disappointed with the customer service with the other guy as he seemed disinterested in wanted to help us try on the shoes we liked however Min covered up for it. Not only was he helpful but he always greeted us politely and in a friendly manner. 5 stars to Min!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in to exchange shoes & was dealt with a young asian man who was very helpful. He had excellent sneaker knowledge & made sure we were happy with our shoes. I had some questioned & his answers were spot on. He was super enthusiastic & we left very happy.
didn't catch his name but seemed like a perfect fit for the store

I have only been to Hype a number of times but every time I have been I have ended up purchasing due to the amazing customer service I have received. All the staff members are honest, kind and actually engage in conversation with you. I never feel forced to buy anything unlike some other stores, and will always go back to Hype to buy due to the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are incredible! After being at a few other shoe stores in the mall and being very disappointed with the customer service. As soon as I walked into Hype I was expecting the same response but they were the extact opposite, the staff were very welcoming as soon as we walked in and they were also extremely helpful! Awesome staff very knowledgeable and friendly! Thanks Guys :)
