★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service by the owner no hello or even acknowledged we were there. He needs to hire more staff or he'll lose even more customers. I suggest you go upstairs to the gelato stall where you will get better service and product. DON'T GO TO NZ NATURAL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Service, there was line to service staff was frustrated. He was getting frusturated because kids were selecting ice cream flavor don't want to give them some time to pick. Can see attitude in his face. If you are busy don't show to customers.
