★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended if you hate stairs or have bad knees or ankles. A walk that isn't a walk. It's torture. Over 90% of the track consists of steep wooden staircases. No real views. You won't ever want to see another stair. It simply links 2 Whangārei neighborhoods.
