★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The information boards at the lookout were interesting. The view is amazing. I walked the Dobbie Track to visit the pā. For such an important place, the pā had only one sign. It would be nice to have a better walkway through the pā and more information boards in it, so I know what I'm looking at/for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite places to exercise and enjoy nature. Well maintained tracks and steps. Wonderful views when you reach the top. Downhill to a stunning river crossing. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular views and very easy access from town. Small car park. Easy climb from the car park to the lookout. There is a toilet available at the lower (coach) parking area.
