★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely do not recommend. I have long hair and went for a quick thin, it now feels like my head has been shaved and I have chunks of 1cm long hair sticking out everywhere. Lucky i stopped him half way and walked out. What's worse is the lady there told me that's what happens when you get it thinned. I've had this done many times and never has my hair been so butchered. Thankfully a lady at mangos papakura could take me and fix me up same day. No apologies or anything. Shocking!!

I walked-in to their salon and I was catered immediately. The atmosphere was good too. I highly recommend this salon. Will definitely come back here for future services. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this morning to see if have availability for a hair color and cut. Senior hairstylist Shaashni gladly accommodated my last minute request. My hair was dry and had all sorts of colors from the last salon I went to which was horrible but shaashni was able fixed! She was so gentle with the way she handled my hair and i love the way it turned out! Thank you so much Shaashni, because of you Freedom Hair has gained a new loyal customer ? I can't wait to tell all my girlfriends to visit this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shocking. Possibly the Worst haircut Ive ever had. There was no confidence in the hands of the barber, so uncertain with every stroke after I gave him clear instructions. I strongly recommend you go to a barber shop in Papakura. Get your money’s worth.
I only paid for the haircut to support the business. Never will I ever get my hair cut here again.

Went today for a haircut, I had what you would call long hair and I decided to completely switch up my hairstyle and got my hair short, Jayesh who cut my hair was an absolute legend and well trained. I will be coming here once my hair grows back. Great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice lady. Unfortunately, she didn't seem confident in cutting my fringe only. Charged me $20 just to use a razer on my fringe and it was a bit uneven and chuncky on one side and hasn't blended in well. I will go somewhere else to fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How come I booked a haircut for a certain time, arrived bang on time only to find 2 other people being taken ahead of me. Only one stylist working. Do drop-ins get taken ahead of those who book ahead? Not sure I'll be back I don't want to spend nearly an hour waiting Tobe taken.
