★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a bit lost from some of the younger staff that weren't too helpful to be honest, saw an older staff member who was really helpful and even helped me look for a tradie hat at another place as they couldn't provide the stock they had due to the stoke being lost. I think her name was jeanine, half cast maori lady with a maori tattoo on her hand. Really appreciated her whole attitude and energy. Thanks to her I walked out feeling like my issue was resolved, when 5 minutes earlier i felt frustrated. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warehouse Takanini Never answer their phone. I've tried many times to call this store over the last week and no one ever answers. Very disappointing, thot it was just a one off but nah, tried a few times on different days and they never answer. Also second time they have mucked up my click and collect order. Do better okay warehouse staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible,terrible, never using their click and collect again. Spoke to customer service Auckland and was advised all items are there but I just don't hear anything from the store to pick it up. Trying to Phone them for WEEKS everyday to ask when I can collect my items that is already payed for weeks ago but NO one answers the Phone. Been calling everyday for weeks. Today someone eventualy picked up the Phone and then slammed it in my ear before I could even start talking.Cant believe The Warehouse is alowing a store to be so terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! The item was listed as being in stock. I rang to check as I've been caught before. They weren't answering the phone. Went on to their chat site. I was assured the item was in stock, five stools left. I drove straight to Takanini from West Auckland. No stool. Waited for 40 minutes while they searched. Nothing! A total waste of my time and petrol. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They mention click n collect same day only to replay later that order cannot be processed today.They show item in stock on app,you drove there to fond it its in stock at a place in their store and ask you to come later as they cannot fetch the item from their store room. No more warehouse shopping, Kmart is better as updating stock accurately on the website

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to inform the Warehouse Management of 2 of your lovely staff members who did their jobs with class and left me smiling enough to write a review.
I brought via online a Lego adidas shoe as a present, which when arrived was ripped in 2 corners about an inch in each corner. Now to any Lego collector or fan this is devastating. I was not upset or angry as these things happen but decided to ring the warehouse helpline where the lovely Eileen answered. Eileen too seemed upset for me and explained how we would resolve the problem. Thank you Eileen I left the phone call with a smile on my face ear to ear..
I then proceeded to The Warehouse Takanini where I was welcomed by a friendly Blyss. Blyss proceeded to fix the problem and send out a new replacement item for me. She then leant forward and whispered to check that my address was the same as what she had. I was blown away that someone so young would have both the respect and common sense to do this, as so everyone around would not hear. Not a lot of people let alone a young person would even think to do this. I commented on this to Blyss and said see was a clever young girl and would do well at any future endeavors with her attitude.
So the replacement arrived safe and sound. So thank you Eileen and Blyss. It is obvious that you are both caring and helpful people. It is really nice in these hard times that people are like this and love their jobs.
I too like to have a positive attitude as it is so rewarding when you make people smile and thankful for helping them. For some people it can make their day. We choose to be like this just because it is how we are. So Eileen and Blyss thank you for being you and having the attitudes you have. It's not hard to help someone or make them smile but it's how we choose to be. Keep up those beautiful attitudes ladies. if it makes someone say thank you or smile then you've both done your job just by being yourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good store with things I need on a daily basis. Average system for click and collect, but employees are very friendly, respectful and kind, so all good ?? Only thing is I hope they have more E14 bulbs, please? Most lamps in store require E14 but there are no E14 bulbs available for the last couple of months that I have tried.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The famous Warehouse chain. Just inside Takanini shopping complex. If u get directions on google, u might need exactly get there. It will take u nearly there. So, it is just a matter of looking for it. Arrangement is not that proper looking, specially clothing department. But, I understand that is due to guilty customer practices. It is a full warehouse, has got warehouse stationary too in. Though not mandatory, I could not find any (covid tracer app) QR code to scan.
