★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far ..no complaints..was already on when I moved in..got good notification about when my free hour starts..haven't had my first bill yet..will keep u posted...Got my first bill...once I found out you have to pay through the website and not the app...everything went smoothly with Stacey's help. She is one of the most patient customer service associates on the planet. So big thank you from me for making it easy. Would definitely recommend Electric Kiwi.

You can even pay ahead with Stay Ahead electricity options and save more but do do some research and find out what is the best electricity plan for you or simply reach out and ask Electric Kiwi via their online chat service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the low-user daily fee, the magical one hour of free power and the discounted rates for during the day and overnight. Friendly staff made switching a breeze - wish I'd done it sooner. Also loving the $50 credit.
Thank you Electric Kiwi - super grateful to enjoy the free 1hr heater use each night. Life changing for my arthritis and a nice treat for the dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer support. Messaged through the app that I was moving overseas in two weeks and needed to cancel the service, and the support person responded within 30 seconds that it was all sorted.
Compared to other companies that need long notice periods (looking at your Spark) Electric Kiwi were awesome to deal with!

Communication from the company is straight forward and not buried in waffle. Have used the the email link to ask a couple of questions over the years. The response has always been timely and helpful. We are very pleased that we are with Electric Kiwi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just made the switch from Contact - who had actually given me one of the best rates I could find the last 3 years.
But I absolutely love the process switching over:
- the person I dealt with was quick to response and super helpful.
- the emails were adorable and useful.
- the plan I got (move master) works so well for our family.
- the 12.5c per kWh solar buyback is by far the best I’ve seen!
