★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I purchased a bookcase, only to find when I went to pick it up it was damaged (10-12 small dents) which are clearly noticeable. I couldn't see them when I brought it as there were pillows and displays on it. I brought this to the managers attention and they said there wasn't much they could do about it, besides for us to come in later and they will get a varnish pen and touch it up....we couldn't come in later as my partner made the trip into town already during his work day. Then I was told if I went and purchased the marker and brought the receipt in they would refund me for this. I took my receipt back in and got told the manager wasn't at work so I had to come back another day. I went back again the following day and was told that I had to bring the marker and the receipt in. This was not originally said to me on the day I picked up the case. I was told they would not refund me unless I brought in the marker as well as the receipt. Their communication and customer service is appalling. Will never purchase from this store again.

He delivered a replacement tall boy after the original was missing handles and broken on his day off and also took away two car loads of boxes and polystyrene. All with a smile and amazing attitude. Will definitely be back ourselves and recommend this store to everyone we know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in yesterday morning. I was helped straight away with my inquiry. I got my Mattress which was loaded on the truck for me with no hesitation. Staff were all friendly and approachable. First sleep on my new mattress and I couldn't be happier with the result of my sleep. Affordable yet quality made. No partner disturbance and lush pillow top. Highly recommended!
