β β β β β Staff are friendly and helpful just wish maybe a bit more personable. You walk in you report to reception you are required to pay. All this time they answer calls deal with paperwork, patients are people too :-)

β β β β β My children and I have been patients at Gain for a long time. Moira at the desk is amazing, so helpful! I particularly appreciate how the staff do their very best to get my young children seen ASAP.

β β β β β Iβm switching doctors. My script has been sent to the wrong pharmacy 3 times in a row. When I call to rectify this, it seems to be my own fault and i was asked why I canβt just pick it up from the one they sent it to (i finish work late so canβt get there in time.)
