★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont trust this company! Its been months I'm calling them about the issue of deducting money from my bank account, since my insurance already paid my loan balance and already settled. They are making excuses not to refund the money. A very bad company!!!

From the time I had applied for a car loan last week with Geneva finance I had received nothing but exceptional customer service from Rohit. Rohit was responsive, operated with urgency and made the application process easy to follow and understand. It is refreshing to see such great customer service and people in the right places of their business. Thank you Geneva finance and Rohit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience! Paying off a car loan that i tried to reverse the loan based on no affordability but they still stood thea ground. So i will pay my debt to geneva but will make sure to tell everyone i know NOT to get a loan through them! The car dealers they work in partnership with are just as bad! As far as im concerned no better place to get a loan but the bank theyre more trustworthy than these lil high interest shark loans who dont deserve to be in business! Already reported the issue to commerce commission. There goes ur reputation Geneva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deserve a middle finger instead of a star. absolutely the most pathetic finance in NZ. please do not use them unless all the other finances have burnt down. better to use your bank! they will not help you in a long term, all they worry about is stealing your money (overcharging) glad i paid off my loan with them by my bank , they kept stuffing up my repayments so i switched to my bank. and all their staff at geneva needs proper training on how to give good customer service
