I took this insurance out and a few months short of it expiring, I needed it,
The team at Janssen didn't try and find issues not to claim . And even cleared up an issue and were extremely fair and paid the claim perfectly.
I highly recommend them , Easy to deal with and a person at the end of the phone to assist in plain terms when needed. Thank you Janssen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made my first claim for repairs to my car in the 3rd year of my warranty with Janssen insurance today and didn't have to worry about a thing. The dealership dealt directly with Janssen and everything was sorted immediately so once repaired, I only had to pay the excess and I was able to drive away. So happy I chose to go with the 3 year warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfied. Took out a policy when purchasing a 2012 Volvo V60. Soon after, experienced issues with the transmission which turned out to be significant. From there, I didn't really do much as Janssen, the repair agent and car dealer sorted the claim without me having to get involved. Really was painless and I'm grateful for the smooth experience.
