β β β β β We needed an electrician urgently as we woke up to no hot water Friday morning, and suspected it was the hot water cylinder. I did a google search and found Wisdom Ltd who i called and spoke with John. I found John polite, easy to communicate with and willing to take on the job immediately due to the urgency of the issue (young family with children)
John said they could be here within the hour and was punctual as promised. His team were able to find the issue and repair the hot water cylinder element within a reasonable time frame, and the quality of workmanship was awesome.
From my initial inquiries to being invoiced and making payment, John was very accommodating, communicative, didn't over-promise and under-deliver - great service!!
I'm unsure what the ball park figures are for a hot water cylinder element replacement & the electrics for a new hot water cylinder install are, but i found their services value for money and would definitely consider John and his team, at Widsom Ltd, again in future.
