★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ross deploys sales tactics from the 1980’s. Cannot help enough prior to the sale - ignores you after the sale when his lack of professionalism causes issue with the manufacturer. Have used twice - problems with communication / delivery both times. Over the next year or so will need to replace beds/headboards/bedding from six apartments. Will not be using GILMAC.
