★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend it! I cannot recommend this car rental company more than enough, 5 stars isn't enough to rate it. Will be back for more that's for sure. Went to the City Branch, staff were super friendly and kind, great communications. It wasn't expensive at all as I rented a 2020 Kodiaq, as far as my budget could go, the car was virtually brand new only 5k on the clock. There were so many other high end virtually brand cars like Mercs, BMW, AUDI, Volvo, Skoda and of course Toyotas. Due to road closures on State HW1, I was unfortunately late with the Kodiaq's return, they were very nice about it, very sorry about it btw. They even have after-hours sercure returns up to 9pm, but be sensible about this though, it is still super convenient if road conditions were up to stratch. Excellent car rental company!

We met with a gentleman who was very friendly and helpful to pick a car for us to go around Auckland.
He was very helpful with everything and was very knowledgeable about the cars.
Look forward to renting again another car on Thursday!
Thank you again for the service, the car was amazing and very fuel efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love the service from the team at Sixt. Gus is professional, friendly, and extremely helpful - he handled a last minute change to our booking (the car we were meant to use was returned damaged) like a champ and we drove off feeling very satisfied with the resolution and proceeded to have a great holiday. Also the lady who groomed the car prior to us getting in did a great job of cleaning the vehicle.
The fleet is always well maintained, and nothing beats driving a luxury vehicle on a long trip! I'll be back many times at this rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to find nobody at any of the 3 counters. Stood around for a while, nobody to be seen. Walked out. Suggest if your counters aren’t manned, you have a door buzzer so staff know a potential customer has walked in.

Even with these crazy times Cam and the team have done everything possible to look after me.
Having easily the best cars on their fleet doesn't hurt either and helps to keep the joy of travel and driving alive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beyond excellent customer service from Gus & the team! the car I initially reserved was unavailable due to damage at the last minute. I was anxious as I had already made holiday plans for the long weekend. rather than turn me away, Gus made the effort to find me another vehicle, and I was then compensated with an upgraded one that just arrived. they promptly cleaned the car and handed me the keys. a 2020 audi q7, practically almost a brand new car. the return process was seemless - I was able to return it after hours late at night as I had to start work early the next day. I'd definitely rent more cars from Sixt in the future! they've got a wide selection of European continental cars, unlike most of the other car rental companies out there that carry mostly Japanese brands.

The vehicle was spotless and such great value. We had left something in the car which the team was able to help us get back. Absolutely fantastic, would highly recommend and will be using in future.
