★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Friday 2nd June 2017, I went to Glassons in Newmarket was served by a woman with bright Dracula looking makeup. She was busy stocking the shelves near the counter with her back to me, I waited looking through my emails to see if i had any discounts. She was impatient and looked at me as if I was wasting her time. Glassons always has bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this Glassons store has one of the nicest layout and decor inside, everyone should check out the changing rooms! I've also had a nice experience with the sales assistants. Will go back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disagree with the negative feedback in regards to customer service ! Went there in the morning to buy some stuff, couldn't carry it around and they happily left it behind the counter until I had time to pick it up. Greeted with a smile once entering the shop and approached if I needed assistance. Pretty much the service you would expect from a retail shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got stared at by two girls behind the cashier while choosing jewellery, then they quickly looked away when I looked at them. Just felt so judged the whole time I was there because their eyes literally followed me everywhere I went.
No wonder why your shops go through girls so quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience generally was alright until the end of it. I purchased a top and wanted to change into it quickly so I asked the girl by the changing room if I could change. She put me into the first room, right next to her. As I was about to exit the changing room, she opened my door to let in another girl, not knowing I was in there. I felt embarrassed and thought that I was lucky I was already dressed. The worked was shocked and just said sorry but didn’t seem apologetic. The worker was a young Asian teenage girl. Do better!
