★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given zero star if I can. Very bad experience with this store. I bought a shirt from Just Jeans a month ago (first time I bought anything from them). I washed it and have been waiting for my wife to alter the wrist buttons to fit my wrists. Finally wore it today the first time and found a hole on the shoulder (see photo). I called Just Jeans and they said they could get it replaced and so I brought it to the Newmarket store which is the closest store with stock. The sales guy (who was actually quite nice) said he had to check with the manager. The manager came and I explained to her that I only bought it for a month and had washed it and wore it first time today but found a hole. She asked me a couple of times if I still had the tag for the shirt and I said no but I still have the receipt. I asked her why she asked for the tag and she says she can put it back to the shelf if I had the tag. I asked her how she could put the shirt back to the shelf if it has a hole on it, and she was speechless. She then said normally she wouldn't replace it if it has been washed and worn, but she replaced for me in the end (with not-so-nice attitude). I won't be buying anything from Just Jeans from now on. :o(

Went in and before I knew it I was out the door with a pair of jeans exactly as I had described "skinny but comfortable". If you want a stress free shopping experience definitely ask for Shevarn. Will definitely shop here again. Price was great too!
