★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a V-Neck T-Shirt from your Hallenstein Brothers Henderson store on Saturday. Its only been 3 days. I have only used the T-Shirt once for about 10 mins looked at my self and realised it is too small on the arms and was not happy with it. Never wore it thereafter. The tags were not there. It was removed carefully. The garment is in good condition. When I approached your store person with this information. He was very rude. It was almost like he had a bad day and wanted to get rid of me. I asked for a refund and he stoned walled me. I was willing to exchange it for another item but still was shut down. I am disappointed with the outcome and service from the store manager. Because I have shopped from Hallenstein Brothers many times. I have never asked for a refund. I have never changed my mind. It is frustrating to come to a store to shop and have the store manager spew out his frustration on me just because he couldn't process a refund himself from having a bad day.
I would like a refund for my purchase. I hope you can sort this out as soon as possible.
You head office person Tanya mentioned if I can show proof of receipt a refund can be processed.

Customer service lady was on the phone
I ask her to leave her phone alone when serving she told me she was asking the price of the product with a rude tone which she already mentioned. I told her not to be rude.
She ask me to leave the shop as I was rude.
Another customer service came they talk between themselves and he as me to leave HIS SHOP AND TILD ME THAT I HAVE BEEN VERBULLY TRESSPASS
HE WAS NO THRERE IN THE FIRST ENCIUNTER.
I have been a loyal shopper at the store but with that attitude I will be shopping in other shops.
Will appreciate an answer from you.
