β β β β β We had a powered site with a Lake Front view which was lovely. The small toilet block near us was pretty old but the main shower and toilet block were more modern and much cleaner but like most camping grounds the shower cubicles are quite small so hard to keep your stuff dry while you shower. $1 for 7mins of hot water.

β β β β β Nice locations and lots of campsites to choose from. The hot tub was a bit pricey and the kitchen didnt have any equipment like no cutlery or cups or tea towels so bring your own.

β β β β β This place used to be great, I have many wonderful memories from when I was a child playing and growing up here.
Unfortunately the management is a bit iffy now. They are rude and refuse to provide a refund for a single night's booking that is cancelled more than a month out. This kind of cancelation policy is unkind and un-kiwi in these times where we need to be looking out for our fellow kinsfolk and looking after each other, not grappling at every coin we can.
What a shame.

β β β β β Very nice spot,directly facing the lake, although will be crowded during peak season,I guess.
The facilities were spotless, plenty of walking tracks and trails near by.
Would chose this camp again?

β β β β β Well what can one say about Glendhu Motor Camp that has not already been said in previous reviews. Heather and i had the best experience here and the camp managers went out of their way to make our stay the best experience.

β β β β β One of the best camps! Toilets clean, showers amazing, hosts welcoming, lake views outstanding. We parked right on the lake with views if the glacier and mountains too. We wanted to do the Rob Roy track but no dogs allowed so the fabulous camp owners and staff doggie sat for us! Dogs and us had a great time. Excellent place to do rob roy track from

β β β β β Beautiful place to stay. We stayed in the cabins which were neat and tidy with great little balconies. The heater inside the room warmed the room up perfectly. The facilities were neat and tidy with everything youβd expect from a camp site. Wonderful hot showers for $1.

β β β β β Our second stay here this year. Here when it was quiet then into Easter when there were little critters everywhere looking for Easter eggs. This is a magical place with the most fantastic atmosphere. Everyone so happy and chilled. Our dogs love the lake and the walkway out of the camp. Close to the bike park with clean facilities.
