★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible asian girl handing out the prescritpion medications. We had to wait for 40 minutes, wondering why we aren’t being called, and when she finally condescended to speak to me, she said she’s been calling me three times, when she hasn’t done that at all! Then pointedly ignored me after that!!!! I had to approach the pahrmacist to complain about her inappropriate manner! My mom is 86 and diagnosed with pneumonia, and she dares to delay her meds, that should have. been ready in half the time, the completely ignoring us? We don’t mind waiting, but rude, negligent, and lying staff? No way!!! They should fire her! She has no business handling people’s medications!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large Chemist Warehouse store, just opened recently in the Glenfield Mall.
The location is very handy and easily accessible by road and public transport buses.
The opening hours till late mean that one can easily go there even after the mall is closed and get whatever is required.
The staff are very nice and helpful.
The prices are very competitive and fair.
General purpose items e.g. toiletries etc. are also well priced and sometimes a wider range is available as compared to The Warehouse or Kmart.
The only annoying thing is excessive labels everywhere showing discounts and price drops.
Prescriptions are free, as of the time of this review.
Overall highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The serbian Pharmacist that works there lies about recieveing a script from my midwife because she said they didn't have any iodine in stock. Told me to tell my midwife to send ot somewhere else that has stock. Everytime I've gone there she always finds an excuse to turn you away. I DON'T KNOW WHY SHE WORKS THERE AT ALL. 0 STARS BUT COULDN'T GIVE O SO 1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience at the pharmacy department today, the pharmacist went extra miles to help with my son's condition despite having a busy dispensary behind. Came across with some rude, edgy customers who don't deserve the service provided at the pharmacy. Keep up the good work guys!
