Pickup from town was convenient and we left on time once at the airport. Appreciated the brief safety demo before climbing on board. One note I discovered late is there’s a volume dial on the side of the ear defenders... good commentary you don’t want to miss! Dress warm, cool up there, and leave any big backpacks/bags behind, not a whole lot of leg room in the plane.
A great experience and definite must do while in Qtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price we paid was quite steep but for this kind of experience, we could easily forget about it. We couldn’t remember exactly how long was the flight because we’re captivated by the view up there. The view that we couldn’t enjoy and appreciate from the ground. It’s simply stunning and well worth the price. The pilot was so friendly and he explained everything very well. The take-off and landing were smooth too. And when they said guaranteed window seat, they meant it! I would highly recommend this to anyone taking a cruise in Milford Sound, it’s just an awesome way to travel back to Queenstown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely A great and professional company to fly with. The weather of the original day of our flight gotten really bad and it was cancelled. A team member called back to reschedule to the following day.
We were picked up from out hotel on the dot the following day and had an experience of a lifetime flying into Milford Sound.
The young pilot was very calm and cool and informative. We were well taken care off.
Oh...everyone got a window seat!

A professional, friendly, organized company that will provide you with a smooth, seamless experience and wonderful memories. They even went so far as to deliver our phone back to us after we left it behind in the plane (thanks, Joe!) I highly recommend! ?

She kept an informative commentary going while we flew and took some great photos! This is such a cool way to experience the Milford sound, you can imagine flying in, like it's just incredible. Highly recommend!!
