He got back to my initial inquiry immediately. He even offered free delivery and gift wrapping and put in a personal message for me. The watch was delivered within 24 hours to a very happy mother! Kelvin was extremely helpful in first suggesting where I should be able to have the watch fixed, and when that shop suggested I call Australia, Kelvin took it upon himself to source me the new back.
