★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited Godfreys Hamilton The Base to purchase a new vacuum cleaner. We brought a Hoover Action Pets Bagged and are happy with the product. The service from our salesperson Arpit was exceptional and friendly. Very informative and he helped us buy the best product for our needs. A very happy customer experience. I would not hesitate to shop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently interacted with Arpit the sales person there and he showed me the different vaccums and demonstrated thier performance which was very helpful in choosing vaccum cleaner for my home. He was very friendly and helpful and also has great knowledge of the products.
Highely recommend him for your next purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Sauber vacuum in Feb 2022. The sales rep was awesome. However a couple of weeks after purchasing the vacuum it just stopped. The lights were still on but it wouldn't start. Checked power outlet that was good. Even switch to other outlets in house still the same. I decided to leave it and tried again later on wallah it went. This happened three times a few days later.
This time I took it back to the store, explained the issue and the guy did a check he said there was no problem. I said there is a problem! Anyway after much debate. I took the vacuum home it went well for a week and same thing. Took it back they said It would need to sent to Aucland to to be and it will take 28 days. Not happy at all. After a month I was told the vacuum has been repaired and a new motor was put in. This was a brand new vacuum. Yes you guessed it same problem after 2 weeks. I don't think the motor was replaced, I haven't been or contacted the store because of what I went through the first time. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
