β β β β β I have never got my nails done here because I havenβt gotten the chance.
The first time I visited the store at around 5pm, I was told they had no time to do SNS on natural nails plus removal because it was 1 hour till closing. The guy at the front that told me this his tone was really rude. I walked across the mall to other nail salon and they did SNS on natural nails plus removal for me, I asked them if itβs okay because mall closing in an hour and they said itβs fine, now thatβs a professional business that wants customers.
Anyways I decided to give classy nails another chance on New Years Eve. I called up first and asked if they can do Gel nail extensions, they said no there fully booked. I asked if they had time for Gel nails on natural nails and the women on the phone said yes and told me to come anytime before closing. I drove all the way there and was told sorry we fully booked. I was really upset because my time was wasted and secondly I saw staff members just standing around with my own two eyes. Very very unprofessional and rude.

β β β β β Went in with long, reasonably even nails and this is what I came out with. Despite two coats of colour being applied it barely looks like Iβve got polish on ? pedicure was good, was provided with entertainment having a front row seat watching the owners of the salon not being able to take their hands off each other at the front desk! Will not be coming back.

β β β β β Honestly love this place. Their prices are good, i just get a full set of gel nails and the polish colours are really nice, the people obviously know what theyβre doing and itβs always quick and efficient :)

β β β β β I donβt normally write bad reviews but I feel like I need to this time. I had been to this place once before and they did a reasonably good job. My only complaint was that they used a gel coating on top of my SNS instead of the correct SNS top coat and it started to peel off a week or two after I got them done. I assumed this was just a mistake.
I recently got my nails done again and it is the worst set of nails I have ever had (Iβve done better myself at home). Once again they have used a gel top coat which has peeled off but this time the girl who did my nails didnβt even buff them first so the SNS has nothing to stick to (you can see how smooth my nails are in the photos). One entire nail has fallen off and five more are close to falling off. Iβve had nails chip or crack before but for an entire nail to fall off, that is not good. They were also shaped horribly and I was left sitting for a really long time with my hands soaking in the acetone without anyone checking on me. Really disappointed and will not be recommending or coming back.

β β β β β very poor quality. The clerk was not careful when doing manicures, and the barbs around the fingers were not cleaned up. The manicure was badly colored, too thick and had a pitted finish. The edges are also not neat. All my friend told me it looks terrible... This nail charges $65, do not recommend it and my overall experience is very bad...
