I rung the store sometime in the morning to inquire about the action hoover vacuum and the feature differences between that particular vacuum and the allergy one. My immediate thought was wow this guy knows his stuff, not only that he was so helpful in answering all my questions about the products. I mentioned that my husband and I would be in later the afternoon to decide which vacuum to go for. We arrived and immediately he got into it. Was happy to assist with demos for 3 different vacuums to ensure we were happy with our product. We ended up walking out there happy customers with the best vacuum ever The Wertheim 7 series ultimate vacuum, highly recommend this product, works wonders, filled one plastic bag full of dust and dirt from only one room. Best customer service by far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Godfreys Newlynn helped me to find a good vacuum which help me with the allergy of my partner and my pets long hair. I was quite impressed with the Customer service skills of the clean shaved and highly energetic Indian salesman who took the time to understand my specific needs than trying to sell some random vacuum as others do. Detailed demonstrations helped me to understand the difference between various vacuums & choose the most suitable one, which I am perfectly happy after using last one month. Had a great overall buying experience.

Purchased a vacuum from them that had just lapsed it's warranty, nonetheless I needed a $5 plastic replacement clip and so I gave them a call. I was told that I'd be called back with an update on the part but no call back was made. I called the next day and again no one returned my call. Tried this again the 3rd day and they passed the blame onto their colleague who wasn't working then. Finally I decided to visit the store and spoke to 2 of the most unhelpful staff. Rather than try and help me source the part they pretty much fobbed me off, one even suggested that I purchase a new vacuum?!! Great solution there buddy!!!
Maybe take some initiative, get on the phone with the parts centre, perhaps speak kindly to your paying customers and everyone walks away happy. Shocking customer service.
UPDATE- I've just read through other people's reviews and it's always the same problems, staff not calling customers back, arrogant and unhelpful staff etc. Now I only spoke to 3 on the phone and met with 2, so there might be someone else there that actually knows how to treat customers and take initiative, but definitely not this lot.
