★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, the guy serving us was really relaxed, happy to help us try some flavours without being pushy, was a really great experience and it meant that we all ended up with the icecreams that we wanted! As a result, we had a fantastic experience, so will definitely be going back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have always had great icecream. Yesterday at opening they had $1 scoop specials. Very delicious yummy flavours. Definitely best icecream shop in the mall. Hope they do more specials on icecream too so I can go back on a regular basis as I come to the mall 5-6 times a week now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dreadful unprofessional service! Spent $40 on ice creams, the payment didnt go thru twice cause it came up printer error after paying both times so hows the customer meant to know it didnt go thru when it instantly skips to "printer error" after paying. The lady instead of walking over to us made it common knowledge to the people waiting in the queue but instead of saying payment didnt go thru cause of the error with their machine she stated to the queue of people waiting that we hadnt paid causing us to get abuse from those in the queue waiting. Never encountered such a terrible unprofessional way to sort an issue and no apologie what so ever about it being their eftpos machine issue or for the abuse we copped! She actually thought it was hilarious! Well one way to loose a regular customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Choice, taste and value for money.... that's what I look for in my gelato. I'm not a dessert person but I love my ice creams and sorbets and gelatos. I had my first taste of Island Gelato at the Westfield Newmarket and wow! I had something with Boysenberry, Mascarpone and ginger and second scoop of Chocolate Almond Praline. Both flavors were incredible! The Boysenberry Ginger one was unlike anything I've ever eaten with chunky bits of ginger crumb generously scattered through the gelato. I could have done with more praline in the other one though. The staff were friendly and the lovely girl who made up my cone was generous in her servings (She really made my day! I was like a kid at the candy store!) The cone isn't waffle but hey, that gelato still rocked my world. Two nice-sized scoops in a cone and it only cost me $11! I'm definitely going back for more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, overpriced. Secondly, service was non existent. We walked up to the counter and weren’t met with a greeting. They weren’t interested in helping us make a choice. They kept asking “is that all?” Felt pretty rushed. Kohu road dark chocolate ice cream is way better for your tastebuds and wallet ? the brownie one was very eh. Not the one aye. We’ll stick with Giapo ??
The girls must’ve of had an important meeting to attend cause they seemed to be very keen to close up ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, so bubbly! You can taste their flavours with a spoon if requested, for free! Amazing choices of gelato, tried their bestseller, the pic's peanut butter, had a taste of their blueberry and dulce too. They're good! Buy and enjoy these loveky desserts after eating at the restaurants! You'll definitely have a sweet treat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many options for sweet treats in the mall, but I was brought here. I was extremely pleased with my choice. There were many delicious looking flavours, but one in particular stood out to me: Pics Peanut Butter Caramel. Absolutely amazing! Especially with the peanut brittle on top. Will definitely be returning here at a later date!

This places so nice and tidy as it was inside the mall and also closed to an even cinema.
I love the taste of sorbet as it wasn't too creamy for me.
