★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst ride share experience I've had in a long time, the ride was booked a day in advanced for pick up the driver was 5 minutes early and got a 5 minute waiting fee of 8 dollars for that, the driver also took a much longer route to my address and on top of that didn't actually know the address as he was at the complete other end of the road, the driver had the address already, when he was going the right way towards my house I pointed out my house and they went past it completely and to a new road entirely and said here we area I said no my house is back there like I pointed out and then argued with me saying I should have told him where it was after I did several times and on top of that he had the address when I paid I mentioned I had one of those gold band discount cards he argued with me about using it when he did finally accept it he said he was going to ban me from using gold band in the future, there's no need for that as I would never use gold band ever again on top of this he didn't have a qr code to scan. He was very disrespectful and rude, and very poor representation of gold band drivers as he has soured my opinion towards the company as a whole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a taxi through ACC to take me to the airport for a work trip. Taxi just did not show up!
Rang support and they were incredibly unhelpful and told me a driver had offered to do the ride but were told they couldn’t despite there being no one else able to take the job.
Will never be using this service again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably useless, guy wanted us to navigate, then tried to use his GPS, couldn't enter outs street address, but wouldn't let us enter it for him. Initially wouldn't stop to let us out to get a different taxi.
I know it's tough at the moment, but he had one job, and wasn't able to do it. Really hopeless...I'm happy to pay for a decent taxi, but only if they have at least half a chance to get me home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Underwhelming, booked two days in advance for a meet and greet pick up at the airport. Arrived, no one to be found, no instructional texts, called the place and the operator could exactly tell me where to wait. Taxi arrived 20mins later - would’ve been cheaper and less hassle to take an Uber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately not the best experience. Cost was $3 more than competitors from Hotel to Railway Station, then adding $2.30 to use debit card. Thankfully because of a technical hitch my card declined so I paid cash...meaning I didn't have to incur the extra charge. Driver definitely not the most personable chap either.
