Stay away!!!! Omg i do not recomend. Its worse then a backpackers seriously at least there stuff is clean. So unsafe aswell everthing broken have the kitchen missing nothing clean. All of the pics on this site r the old owners, it looks nothing like it anymore. Like do you know what gardening or matenance is?!! Not worth it for the amount you pay ? not safe for children.

For the price and the location is amazingly beauty also the cleanliness and the less maintenance giving this place bit of disgraceful other than that I I did personally enjoyed this place a lot. Sorry I don’t have pictures to upload but it is beautiful. You can talk to the owners and you will be satisfied. Cheers and good luck....

Arrived on bike cold wanting a hot drink book in get to room no milk. Had none and wouldn't open their shop to accommodate even when it says milk, coffee, tea.1 roll toilet paper, no spare, and the roof leaks, stinks of mould. Not happy.and the elements and 50 yrold scrub brush.

Migrant exploitation is NEVER okay. There is no reason they should be paying you 45k which you haven't denied but stated its for 2 years accommodation this should not be charged 2 years in advance. Show all your wage and time records and we will compare them to your ex employees bank accounts and see if they match. ZERO STARS.

A little rough around the edges, but the motel cabin was cosy with a warm, comfortable bed and a heater. Nights are quiet and dark (compared to Auckland), great for a good sleep. The natural hot pool was ok, but not very hot at the time. I'd stay there again.

Awful stay here. Was a very cold place broken curtain rails damp smelly room, damp bed. Didn't sleep well and woke up wheezy. Would not recommend to anyone especially for the price. As we stayed in a motel the next night for the same price as this place and 100% better in every way. Never again!! Waste of money not a nice place to stay at all. ?

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Don't be fooled by the photos, the brick Motel units are rather pleasant. Unfortunately the wooden cabins are in a shocking state of disrepair, my wife and I rented cabin 3. We were made to pay $230p/w for a cabin that had holes in the exterior walls with birds and Rat's residing in said holes, White tail spiders are every where, and we were made to leave approximately two weeks prior to Christmas because they could get more money for the cabin over the Christmas period. Hence we were left with no place to go!!! The Asians that run the place are flying a 1% Asian Motorcycle Gang Flag out the front as that gang is financing the place and have Gang Members now residing their. They also have a lovely young Asian women and her daughter their doing all of the house keeping work that they refuse to pay her for, saying the work she does is to pay for her and her daughter's way. Which is appalling, dishonest and just outright wrong. The pool is unusable, same with the flying Fox, the hot pools are disgustingly dirty and their idea of fixing the place up was to throw a fresh coat of paint in and on the toilet block's too make them look cleaner rather than actually clean them. The place is DANGEROUSLY UNSAFE!!! Which the local council agreed and gave them a time frame in which to repair the place. I believe that they have done the bare minimum to meet the standard required, but it is still unsanitary, unsafe and over priced. Except for the Brick Motel Units. They are clean and tidy, but expensive($4-500 p/w). The Asians are money hungry and you definitely do not get what you pay for!!!! So Please. Be Warned. My wife left that property very, very ill, to the point she had to go to the Hospital in order for her to be able to function the way us New Zealand White people are accustomed to. Normal every day life. You put your family at risk staying at the place. You have been warned. Please do not take your Children their to stay. They Will become very ill. This place can be either good or bad, depending on your perspective on it. My experience was decently pleasant, having been at a 4 bedroom cabin for 2 nights. The place itself was quite interesting, campsite-like. There is a thermal heated pool you can find there. Downsides can include cleanliness; If you don't like a bit of dirty things, this wouldn't be the place for you. Public toilets were moderately dirty, the cabin wasn't completely clean. Some facilities also didn't work while I wad there. But do not expect much for the price you pay, personally I thought it was good for the money me and my friends paid for. One more thing to note, the wifi barely worked for my stay there, the reception for it wasn't the best.
