The perfect destination for a get away! We stayed 3 nights and wished we had booked longer! The cabins, pools and general resort area is kept immaculate! The staff are friendly and helpful. Our children loved the playground, jumping pillow and hot pools. There was so much to keep us all entertained! I was recommended this place by a friend and it did not disappoint! We'll be back, hopefully soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So excited yet so disappointed.. What a place! Immaculate grounds, amazing facilities, beautiful swim up up bar. I was so excited to camp here with my group of friends and our children. We set up for our stay and it began belting down with rain - obviously this can’t be helped. However overnight, our tents had completely flooded and all our stuff was wet, again - can’t be helped. They had put us right next to a small bank so the water was just running into our site. I spoke to a staff member to ask if we could get a refund for our second night as there was no way we could stay with children (including a baby) and literally everything was wet. They didn’t refund us so they expected us to either pay $1000 per night in a cabin or stay in flooded tents or leave and miss out on
getting our money back. So we asked if we could credit our accounts for the final night so we could atleast come back when it’s not bad weather, they declined this also. We were so disappointed and mad! So between a crying baby, 4 disappointed children and us adults we packed up our site and $227 out of pocket. Not impressed and totally poor service! We won’t be back and neither will our friends and family. Such a shame considering it’s a beautiful place with absolutely poor management and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a few days last week. Loved it! Great place for families to enjoy themselves. We spent hours in the pool it was so nice and warm and my son loved the new slides.
One thing that was a let down though we spent alot of money and at about $350 a night it would have been nice to have a better shower. The shower head is so old in the room we had and not that great. Other then that we enjoyed our selves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Room 2 enjoying a little family trip at the end of January 2022. Our room was close to the pool, kitchen and bathroom facility (as the cabin we had didn't have a bathroom) the walk was only 40 steps away. Room was neat and had the basic things we needed. Kids enjoyed the pool as well as some downtime for me at the swim up bar :-). Great location and the drive to activities is not far. Staff are really accomodating and friendly. We look forward to returning in the near future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous place for families. Clean and tidy studios. Beautiful sunsets, nice hot pools. Bring your tennis rackets, a volley ball and (mini) golf clubs if you have them. A dry rack or washing line for your wet swim gear may also be useful to bring. We’ll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I begin with this holiday masterpiece. The main pool itself is a huge luxury. It includes a swim up bar, water fountains, and a cave complete with a deep model treasure chest. Their are also smaller swim areas, including a hot pool. Other forms of entertainment include jumping pillows and playgrounds, as well as sports grounds. The sites and park have a brilliant layout. Definitely hope to be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing, The swim up bar to have a nice drink and the deep cave to test how far down you can swim with a big collection of Hot tubs there is never a time when your not relaxed! All the activities they supply at the resort is wonderful nothing has gone wrong for me while staying here. 5 stars would go again and would recommend to anyone if they are looking for a nice holiday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing heated pools. Have to be staying there to use the pool. Loved the swim up bar. Customer service was great. Rooms were big and comfy. Was a bit of a walk to the pool from our room wish we could of driven closer to park by pool inside of resort instead of outside by road. Credit leftover from bar had to be used in reception shop which was expensive and would of preferred a refund of what was owing. Big screen movie was good to watch in pool but was extremely loud and hard to relax because of it also hard to order from bar as had to yell and was hard to hear staff. Pool did seem to cool down after a while and found ourselves in the hot spa bit at night with our little one. Did hear from some people that one of the slides had some kind of gas smell when going down it. Great that you could order bar food from there too but only till a certain time same with the drinks which by the way were fantastic.
