Really good bread! Nice selection of artisan breads. Highly recommended. The place is cozy. I do hope they serve coffee.

Wide ranging selection of bread, also sells small packets of candies and bread some with no expiry date. Overall bread is nice and yummy.

"Custard cream with Almond" has no custard cream in it. It's more like dry bread with one thin layer of custard on the top.? Dirty chocolate was good tho.

Good range and interesting flavours that are hard to find elsewhere in normal bakeries. However don't bother with any of the 'filled' buns or bread, they're basically 90% bread with a small dab of flavour 'filling' on the inside which is a complete waste of money. Probably just better going for the different types of whole loaves or savoury flavour topped breads.

Ordered a cake here. The cake was delicious, super fluffy. If the icing was a bit thinner it would be even better.

Been there several times. Last time tried brown sugar bread. Got it for my colleagues for afternoon tea. Everyone one loved it. The bread was very nice! Although it was called brown sugar bread it was not too sweet, just right. It did remind me some sticky Japanese bread I’ve tried in Japan . There are many other types of bread. I previously tried garlic baguette and taro bread. Delicious. I thought the price is little bit expensive.

Some bread is very nice, some isn't... I recommend the 4 pack of different buns, they're good. Or the almond bun. A bit overpriced but as one of the only options for these products in Wellington... it's okay.

Mould bread We are not local here and didn't know much about the shops around. The bread was so stale at first, so dry, not much cream and then after a few bites, we saw mould in the middle. How many days did they leave the bread there without checking? Other breads were all dry and not fresh at all and we did not continue eating the rest. I wonder if they sell bread from the day before or even longer? We eat bread daily and we know how soft the bread is but, sorry not in Hey Bread. No one wants to buy bread and see there is mould there, terrible seriously. We a tourist so we had no time to come back to complain but need to let everyone else know about our experience and be careful before you decide.
