We are excited to announce that we are finalists in the Westpac New Zealand Franchise Awards 2021! An extra special congratulations to Justin Rakena & Anna Conway (owners of Courtney Place, Manners, and Taranaki Street in Wellington) for being named finalists for Franchisee of the Year - Retail & Hospitality and to Colin Robson for being named a finalist for Field Manager of the Year - over 500k. We have also been named a finalist for Franchise System of the Year - Retail & Hospitality and are looking forward to the Awards Gala Dinner in March 2022.

Thurs night I came to ask them they told me come at day time; when I come to see them at day time they told me , not refund , its ok it fine .But staff not liability not respond . His said to me you dont have a recipe maybe you not got the stuff from us. I'm so angry when I'm heard that. His a Filipino guy. Excuse me I'm not stupid . You staff not give me a recipe .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Balding, short white dude with brown hair who works the counter at nighttime is ALWAYS rude. Ignores you when you say hi, gives you a death stare the entire time, won't even hand anything back across the counter after scanning it.
I've never had any issues with the other nighttime staff but ever since this guy took over it's been a really negative experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Owner exploits the staff and the fried hot food is being cooked in oil which does not get changed in 3 weeks and keeps getting reused. The cups and containers are sometimes stored in the bathroom. Please watch out, I got a very bad stomach and good poisoning. Just because you are a hunk who thinks he looks good, does not mean you can get away with being a bad bad person.
