★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and 6 colleagues ordered the BiG Shakka Burger of the Month! Absolutely delicious. Fantastic service by the team, it was hot, tasty and everyone that had it at work said it was amazing, tasty and the best burger! They are all looking forward to eating it again before it ends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Burgers in Wellington City, great quality of beef and chicken burgers for friends and family to enjoy. The staff members are friendly and welcome. The wait is not very long for your meal to arrive. I really recommend this place to visit and enjoy the beautiful food. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to absolutely love coming to Gorilla Burger. Unfortunately, it’s seen a steep decline in the quality of its service. Currently been waiting half an hour for an order I placed an hour and a half ago. In the time I’ve been waiting there have been very few orders filled and have been instances of the order being filled incorrectly as well. Will have to start looking elsewhere for my burgers from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online and told an hour wait, sure can do that. Got there and hadn’t even started making it! Stood in the cold for another 20 mins. Had a 2 for 1 deal so sure it was worth the $8.50 but I would absolutely not pay $17 up for these burgers. Gluten free bun was not good, at least a little toasting would have been nice! Feels like a fast food burger but for a gourmet price. Won’t be going back. Very disappointing for the ‘best burger in Wellington’

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a gluten free beef burger tonight and was very disappointed! Huge and dry bun, hardly any fillings. I ended up eating only the bottom of the bun and still it wasn’t nice. There are so many good gluten free bun options out there now guys! You can do better. I’ll give 2 stars because what I could taste of the sauce, it was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ohhhh dear. I don't usually write bad reviews but Gorilla did not live up to the hype. Saturday evening 7.35pm.Was told 20 minute wait which became 40. Offered a free drink. Burger was not even luke warm. Fries okay. Didn't finish it. An off night? Or are the uber eats and fortunes favours customers of more importance. Sorry Burger Fuel next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d heard good things about this place and was excited to try it but was very disappointed. I’ll start on a high note and say that I’m giving them 3 stars because of the nice staff and the jungle fries were pretty good. The burger however was very bland and was mostly breading, not chicken. It’s also worth noting that this is not a good place to get a gluten free bun as these buns were so thick and dry (it’s hard to find a good gluten free bun anyway so this isn’t their fault). The food was just average and did not live up to the hype.
