★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is degrading every time we visit. Took my daughter(7 months)in on Friday as she was constantly crying and had fever. We were fine with a trainee doctor doing the initial assessment and than passed onto a senior doctor. So done with the assessment and had to wait for further 15mins for a doctor to show up and only to turn away after greeting us and leaving just from the treatment rooms door. She returned after another 20mins or so. Just checked temperature and ear/throat and said no signs of any issues. Later that night we had to go to Middlemore Hospital at around 1am as we saw a few rashes appearing on the face. Well taken care at Middlemore in emergency and was told that my daughter has Measles(swab test came back negative for Measles) All swab tests were done by Middlemore. All these should have been done back at the clinic! The doctors at the clinic didn't even bother to do a thorough assessment, could have at least checked under the clothes for any rashes. Never coming back here again.
