★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is just absolutely amazing. From their receptionists, nurses and doctors. All of them are professionally trained and experienced. If most clinics in Auckland are similar to this one, most people will have a good day just by visiting them. Keep up the good work.

Its been a week, i am trying to make appointment. After a week i have got the phone consultation. And they moved my timing without informing me.
Breach of consumer rights and i am going to file legal complaint.
It happend with me in the past as well. I have written apology from them.
But its seems they dont want to learn.
Nobody replies even on the email. No responsiblity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are absolutely amazing, from the receptionist, nurses and doctors!! They are very friendly, the very best family doctors that i have been to. All i can say is WOW, was really blown away with the service that they have provided. The doctors won’t rush you when it comes on assessing you, they will go thoroughly and make sure all your needs have been met. Just wow. Highly recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, this practice was very good. Was very easy to get in touch with them. Was super easy to make appointments as they had their booking system on their app. Understand this was removed during the pandemic, however even when we were in the green light or up until now, it's been very hard to get in touch with anyone at this practice. They do not pick up calls and they no longer answer emails. They've really dropped the ball now.
Might be looking into a new GP soon.
