★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception rarely answers the phone. The Dr is condescending and uncaring. They never get back to you about results, even when you finally get thru on the phone, they say they'll call back, but never do. It's frightening that Dr's can practice this way. It's nothing due to covid either...they've been this way for years. Update: Failed to tell me I have lung disease. Failed to tell me that 1 year ago I should have made lifestyle changes due to high cholesterol result. Lifestyle changes that could have saved me from lung disease. I'll see to it that this Doctor can no longer practice!
