★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had these guys install some 8 inch woofers in my VW Touareg (04) front door recently, to replace OEM woofers. Which had torn due to age and use. The guys are competitively priced and do the work when they say they will do it. I was quoted x amount of hours for the work they promised to do and they delivered on that timeframe. I have already booked in to replace the other 8 speakers in my Touareg. The workmanship and the timeframe is important to me as I love my Touareg and I am a busy person. So I appreciate these guys and will recommend to my networks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a guy at the roast shop up the road wearing a Hot Wire shirt. Had a yarn to him and followed him back to his workshop. Aaron was outstanding - very knowledgable, very honest and great pricing - the best I've seen for good quality gear, installed. Brought 2 items from him, and he was brilliant to deal with. Even the AUX to bluetooth converter was a great buying with excellent quality for under $50. Will be using him and the team for everything from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a Mongoose alarm fitted a few years ago and they did a good job. This last weekend the siren sounded like it had a sock stuffed in it. A visit to Hotwire, they took a look and diagnosed the issue. I managed to get a booking that morning which was good news. Good team that are under new owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in yesterday to see if they could fix my radio in my Ford Ranger, but unfortunately they couldn’t, but they gave me some great advice and phone number for Ford, and I’m mostly grateful that they didn’t charge me for it. Thanks so much guys, when I fix the problem I’ll be back for a new sound system. You guys are awesome
