Extremely poor communication.. I clearly said Back and foot massage they only did my back massage. Also when massage was on you don’t realise that time is running out so quick. In the end she said your 40 mins are over and when I asked about the foot she pressed foot for 2 mins and charged me $10 extra.. extremely pathetic customer service to charge $10 extra and for very poor communication...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I really needed a relaxing neck, shoulder and back massage. The woman who served me asked me if the pressure was ok I kept saying it was too hard and telling it it was really sore. In the end I had too shout "It's just too hard you're hurting me". I wish I had just gotten up and left instead I stayed and endured the worst massage I have ever had I was even crying. She did say sorry, but I was so happy when it was finished I couldn't even look her in the eye as I paid and left. Way too intense and careless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a shoulder, neck and back massage. The start was amazing and I felt super relaxed. I go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week so my muscles do get quite tight and do need a little extra pressure which is fine. However, when she got to my neck it was SO painful and after asking her to go a lot lighter the pressure did not change and hurt so much that I felt physically ill. Once it was finally over, I got up and was quite dizzy. When I left the room, my therapist was having a full on argument with one of her colleagues and was yelling in the parlour. I am pretty easy to please and it takes a lot to upset or make me angry but yesterday was so unprofessional and painful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed started out really gr8 then a new customer came in, my massage therapist dropped me like I was nothing changed over with someone else. I paid for a upper body for 50min I had my lower back elbowed for 20 min and my head scratched for 15 was pathetic will never go here again .

Always very good but definitely the only place for me for pregnancy massages as I still need a good firm massage and they accommodate me being able to lie down on my side .
only draw back is the background mall noise but i can tune it out quiet easily
