★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a bad experience at another salon, I was nervous about trying here. However, I made the best decision to visit The Beauty Club. Amazing service and my eyebrows are beautifully done. The customer service is great. I will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there around (3.55pm)to do my eyebrows she was soo in rush?she finished it in 1min and ruined my eyebrows shape took extra hairs when i told her you removed my extra hair it was hard her to accept.
Never ever gonna go back ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don’t ignore the bad reviews on here like i did. they are all true. I went and got my lashes done yesterday. Was absolutely rushed, felt like she was poking my eye out with the lashes, and she used some random tape to lift my lashes up. after she finished the inner corner lashes were wonky which i fixed when i went home (i shouldn’t have had to if they were done properly) so they looked better, and now a day later they still HURT. i want them off. i have never had such a bad experience ANYWHERE. also when i was asking about lashes, the prices were all changing, full glam did not mean full glam, and the ladies were rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. 15 minutes until closing so she rushed throw my eyebrows probably spending max 2 minutes on them. I asked for tinting too and when she finished the waxing she said not enough time. Now I’m left with half done eyebrows that look terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came when it was quiet. Asked if I could do my eyebrows. She said come back after 20mins. Came back. Half an hour later she comes out and takes 3 others in. I walked off. Waste of time and petrol to come here. We can understand if someone is understaffed, I patiently waited. But don’t tell me to come back after 20 mins (which was actually 30) if you can’t accommodate.

Lady was so rushed and rough. I actually cried in pain! No soothing cream, brows look bloody terrible. Asked if I was happy and I literally couldn’t look at them cause they were so bad. SO Thin, uneven and different lengths. What was that woman thinking?? I Will never return! Wish I’d read the reviews beforehand. I think that was the worst two minutes of my life. Not sure they’ve ever heard of customer service either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my eye lashes done at this place, and was 100% not satisfied with my results. I was told that it would make my eye lashes lifted up (as it should do), and would last about a month. Less than 50% of my lashes were lifted, and it did not last in the minimum time frame. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. $70 for my lashes to fall out and become stubby. Not impress, it was my first time going and I will not be coming back. I had to wait half an hour before I was served, only to be told to come back in another 30 minutes, and when I did, I still had to wait another 20 minutes. When the customer came out before I went in, I saw that it was someone who was served after me which was very frustrating. If The Beauty Club reads this, I would like a refund please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor lady. She’s all by herself and there’s about 7 of us waiting. This is the service you get when the boss rosters 1 employee for the whole shift. I feel bad for the lady. It’s currently rush hour and she’s not getting any help. Company needs to do better for their employees I reckon.
