β β β β β My friend and I came in today looking for shampoo- noticing the sign on the door with a limit of people allowed in the shop, we asked if there were currently the maximum allowed in the storeA Lady with short hair (unsure of her name?) met us with an aggressive βNaβ
We then entered the store and this lady stared at us the entire time then began whispering with her colleague. Upon paying, we say that payWave was not accepted and I didnβt have an alternative payment method. This was met with a snort and an eye roll. Very disgusted in this level of customer service. We were made to feel inconvenient by both staff members in store and highly uncomfortable. We will definitely NOT be coming back to this store.

β β β β β Lady at counter was extremely rude bought over $70 worth of products and she made derogatory comments about me and implied I was cheap. Never felt so looked down upon from someone working as a shop assistant. Women should be fired, it is not the first time I have heard this about one of the staff members there
