★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get SNS dipping powder nails. Outcome: the worst nails I've ever had. Looked disgusting, like bubble gum stuck on my nails. thick and lumpy. After they finished I returned after 10 mins as was so disgusted with paying for a complete mess. They sat me down again and I had to continually tell the technician what to do to fix them. Whole procedure took 2 hours...unbelievable! Even then not satisfied with end result. I noticed work stations were also dirty. I will never go there again, no matter how desperate I am to get my nails done. My advise enter at own risk. From now on will stick to my usual salon. Wish I took a photo to show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SAVE YOUR MONEY, $50 for basic French Tip 1 1/2 hours later and not ONE fingernail matched. They even charged extra $5 for shape AFTER I had already paid and said what I wanted at the till.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came to StarNail bc ProfessioNAIL was all full and i was desperateeeeee :( came in and got seated straight away but when i asked the prices, the lady at the counter didn’t even know had to ask other staff members lollll. the lady wasn’t even wearing a smock and the other technicians had to look over her shoulder to see what she was doing, made me think she was still in training. when she was filing my nails she filed into my skin on the index and middle fingers. when she used the machine she went into my real nail and it was burning and she also nipped my skin and it started bleeding and now there’s an ugly cut and right after that she sprayed alcohol on my nails which hurt the cut even more. when she was using the fluffy brush to dust she brushed her shirt, the table and then my hands ?. after she finished i noticed that the glue was also on the underside of my nail on my skin and the nail polish does not look good - some still on my skin. but yea overall i don’t think i’m ever going back there & i do not recommend :)))))

I finished doing my nails even though I didn’t like the way they were being done so I could get out of there. They colour looks uneven and lumpy. It was also unhygienic! I

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend this nail salon at all! I waited over an hour and a half just to get my pedicure. And when it was time do my manicure it was nearly closing time and the manager could’ve started with my manicure only for her to be sitting around doing nothing at the desk and ended up going out of the store. Asked for a refund for my manicure only to wait for the manager who was at countdown to give me a refund and it was already closing time. Very unprofessional. They’re not fully trained as none of the ladies didn’t know how to work the till or process a refund whatsoever and also to be doing acrylics as they messed up my sister in laws nails. The lady who was doing my sister in laws acrylics was so rough with her hands. They were all uneven and their equipment weren’t sterilised. As the tool she was using still had old skin from a previous customer. Waste my time + money.

They washed the feet om my 80 year-old grandmother with cold water and when she said that the water was cold the server said that the water was hot and it was fine. They didn't want to cut her nails at all and were acting inappropriately. The land next to us had to step in and speak on our behalf as the staff was not listening and the manager had to step in.
Please learn to respect customers but if you cannot respect an 80-year-old then I think that these people cannot respect anyone. They are also so over priced and of under-quality. Waste of money and time. Please go somewhere better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS PLACE HAS TO BE THE WORST SERVICE, VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. MY MOTHER RANDOMLY WANTED TO GET A PEDICURE SO WE WENT INTO THE CLOSEST NAIL SALON WHICH WAS OBVIOUSLY THE WRONG CHOICE. IF I HADN’T ASKED AND YELL TO THEM WHAT THEIR PROBLEM WAS BECAUSE IT LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE SPEAKING AND MAKING FUN OF MY MOTHER THEY WOULDN’T SHUT UP. MY MOTHER HAS NEVER BEEN DISRESPECTED LIKE THIS AT A NAIL SALON. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this place for the first and Trust me when I say, I am not going back here. The place has no professionalism. The ladies were talking so loudly in there own language, laughing and making so much noise. I had acalic with white tips done. The lady was so rough. She cut my skin 3 places, I told her it hurts and she just ignored me. My nails looked cheap and ugly. The next day one of my nail broke. Worst service ever.
