★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed photos of what I wanted and was told they could do it but had to pay first. The staff did not help me pick colours for my nails, even though I asked two staff for help. Then they had run out of the colours and glitter I was after and had no refills. I'd already paid but was charged extra for gel and nail art then ended up with sns nails because this was what my photo showed. The lady put pink on my nails which did not look like my photo at all. She had to redo them and was irritated by this and rough. My toenails had to be redone by another staff member and even then, my big toenail looks shoddy. There were lots of flies in the salon too which was odd. Would not come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average pedicure, did not tidy nails evenly or remove dead skin off feet properly. When I requested dry skin be removed and pointed out a problem area only that spot was addressed, leaving dry skin everywhere else, but I was embarrassed to have to announce again how bad my feet were so just left it! Was told nails were dry and okay to put my sandals on, but they weren't and got home to imprints on my nails from my toes touching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter went there to have acrylic nails removed and they almost took off her natural nails as well . She warned the lady that it’s hurting but she ignored my daughter and continue on. Her natural nails look as if they’re missing a layer and she complaining that they are painful. There are also still some residue on her nails as well. As soon as they lady was done with her nails she told my daughter to go wash her hands while she walked and continued on talking with her friends or colleagues. I would not recommend anyone to come here. The other lady who gave me a pedicure was lovely though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get my lashes and manicures done. The short hair lady who done my lashes was very gentle and nice, she look after me so well. Then because she was busy with another customer who booked her, so another staff took over to do my manicures, the one took over for the nice lady was the short lady, she was very rough and show me her bad attitude. She makes my nail bleeding. I was not really happy with her at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this place for the last few years and generally they do a good job but today after some time away I was disappointed with the customer service. A couple of the girls spoke and laughed in their own language about the state of my nails as if I wasn't there but I could tell by the gestures and eye contact. I often bite my nails due to anxiety and at the end of the day, I am paying for the treatment and I expect to be treated professionally. My feedback is if you need to have these conversations then maybe don't do it in front of your paying customers. Not sure if I will be back...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I got my lashes done here a week ago , and I always get individual classics ? and I have knowledge of what I expect and if anything is wrong I would be able to tell . Classic lashes take about an hour and a half if done really well . The lady that did mine did it real fast ! Like I’d say 30minutes which to me was shocking but then again I felt like something was off but didn’t take much notice… I then opened my eyes and it stung for a bit but lashes were beautiful. 2 days go by and I see the ends of my lashes was lower then the other lashes and I knew that it was not done correctly or put in right . Lashes are to last at least 2 weeks if done properly, but not long than under a week my lashes started coming out . $60 classic set was not worth my money .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feet manicure service is awesome as they feet massage feet and exfoliate legs plus chair massage is on throughout whole time they do your toes. The tub you put your feet in to soak wash is pretty like a paua shell.
I was told by a friend to go there as they massage your hands too when u get your nails done, but this didn't happen. Bummer!
One particular employee who done my hand nails had an annoyed attitude and impatient when choosing my nail colour. Other staff was nice though ?
