★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good campground, if you are planning on rockclimbing.
The location of the campground in relation to the nearby rockclimbing crags make it a perfect location if you are going on a multiday climbing escape.
The camp may also be good if you just want to play some bongos around a campfire until 3 am.
However, if you are looking for a standard campground with assigned campsites, quite hours, and more than one shower, then this may not be the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This may be the greatest place on Earth, though my opinion may be biased, as I spent the lockdown of early 2020 here. The facilities are sufficient for the price, and the sheer amount of activities you have easy access to from camp is astounding: swimming, rope swings, caves, forests, and obviously world-class single-pitch climbing.
Throw a few bucks at the bolt fund if you can: Troy is rebolting all of Paine's Ford by himself. What a legend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great climbing camp shared with lots of like minded people. Bang next to a climbing crag and river for swimming in and even some dws if you're interested. Perfect place to camp. Troy seems like a lovely guy too and has been more than helpful and keen to chat when need be. What else do you need!
