★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent the day shopping in Taupo. Felt welcome in all stores visited, except for Spaceship store discriminating against me not having a vax passport. This is a retail shop where a vax passport is not mandated. They have taken it upon themselves to discriminate. I am vaxed, but do not believe in the segregation this causes. Stores like this do not deserve our custom!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever will we support your shop ever again. You are discrimination at its worst. Even though retail is not mandatory for vax passes you have chosen to demand vaccine passes to gain entry to your store. Although the vaccine is not safe and effective, you persevere in supporting this draconian regime where people are getting more hurt, harmed & injured by the day. Shame on you! And shame on your staff member suggesting we shop online. Instead we left & spent at allllll the shops who so kindly welcomed us in instead. Enjoy the downward turn as your ship sinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So sad you have chosen to discriminate. A gorgeous shop but your unsubstantiated fear of unvaccinated people is unjustified. With more than 80% of our population vaxed you are more likely to catch covid from a vaxed person. They could be in your shop now! So sad.

And thank you for being one of businesses keeping up with the government mask rules, made me feel safe to shop as I am immunocompromised, appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love coming to visit spacecraft every time we are in taupo. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I had a pot plant that wasn’t doing very well and was discussing this with Sarah. She suggested a certain product to use. I went home and tried it and it worked wonders on my poor sick plant. I love the variety of items they have there too. It’s certainly a feast for the eyes. Would highly recommend this shop.

They’ll even gift wrap your purchase for you! Amazing selection of lovely houseplants, and thoughtfully curated children’s toys and games, as well as clothes and gorgeous gifting items. It’s not-to-miss destination shopping. :)
