★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location to walk to shops. Evening meal was lovely. Breakfast was great. Friendly helpful staff. Valet parking was good considering was only $5 more than Wilson's. Will stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean modern entrance with valet parking had me excited to be staying here however that quickly changed when i found out the valet parking only had a small space was full, then the 1 level parking building a block over that we were given free parking for was also full, in the end we had to use a parking lot on the other side of town, with a back injury this was not ideal.
Our room was tidy and modern, with a 50inch tv built in sky, fridge, safe, iron and kettle available but no microwave, we had a king bed and a king single, luckily it was just 2 of us as only 2 mugs and towels for 2 were supplied.
The bed was medium/firm mattress with plenty of extra feather pillows but no extra blankets, i was grossed out when i noticed that the pillows didn't have protectors on them.
They provided fair trade toiletries in the nice tiled bathroom, the shub was dated and stained on the bottom but did have aid rails which was helpful.
Being right in town its a short walk around the lake to dinner and activities, were on the ground floor road side and there was a lights event on in town which was very loud followed by multiple loud cars all throughout the night, the noise and difficulty parking made the location undesirable for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great, staff are very friendly and could not do more to make you feel welcome. Valet parking is a must. Room was clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable. Well worth a stay as so close to the action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to book a tour was shocking. Basically told to go to i-site. On checkout never thanked for my 5 day stay or asked if everything was OK then or during the stay. On the flip side your bar restaurant staff were lovely and the real stand out team was room servicing . Always friendly and chatty and happy. Your location is excellent bur as mentioned really unhappy with the tour desk first thing Friday and final checkout a real flop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this hotel due to location. Everything is nearby from this hotel. Room view is very nice. When we were booking the room, there was no enough pictures of the room. When we check in the room, we have found room is very small and bathroom is extremely tiny. Shower is extremely small and shower pressure is soo bad. I have enjoyed the view and have not enjoyed the room. I feel like we have not received what we have paid for. Unless someone is looking to stay near the city, I would not recommend this hotel.

- small room (a queen bedroom : quite compact)
The room does not have a ocean view, but the garden is beautiful.
Tip.
I recommend to get a shuttles between the hotel and the airport, and hire a car if you go somewhere out of Queenstown. Most pick up for activities and the restaurants are in CBD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ambiance. Fantastic location. Central to most of the excitement and action. Lakeside. Easy walk to wharf. Hotel was comfortable. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. TV had Sky news, movie channels, and sports. Breakfast was generous and satisfying. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Note, there is a carparking charge. Queenstown is always a beautiful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as we arrived at the hotel right up until we left staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great, heaps of choice. We ate at the restaurant for dinner also, except for it being a bit pricey the food was delicious. Location was amazing you are right in the heart of the city.
Unfortunately the same can’t be said about the room. The carpet in the room was old, bubbling and stained, I didn’t even want to walk on it without shoes. As far as I’m concerned if a hotel has a 4 star rating the bathroom situation shouldn’t include an old fashioned shower over bath combo with a non slip mat and sower curtain you constantly have to wet so it’s not all over you. The bath was that narrow you had to keep your feet together at all times and there was also a yellow stain in the tub because drainage is bad. There was no shelf to put toiletries on and ventilation was poor. Bathroom is in desperate need of an upgrade.
