★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly the Lady (Carol?) at reception was wonderful.
However the cleaning in my was a very poor standard. The floor in my bathroom was disgustingly filthy. After talking over my concerns and limited accomadation options in Omarama I decided to clean to floor myself.
I suggest the establishment purchase privacy curtains for the rooms and change their cleaner(s).
Again I would like to reiterate that the lady Carol on reception was both mortified and very helpful and did her best fix the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasantly surprised as being by the State Highway had thought there would be a bit of traffic noise but was quiet. Clean and tidy as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somewhat disappointing. Our pre-booked room was cold on a winter's night with the window being open so took some time to heat esp after getting out of a nice warm car at 9pm. Bed not very comfortable at all. Carpet need a good vacuum clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything... the friendly staff who could not do enough for us, the lovely rooms, the AMAZING buffet dinner. We were a group of 14 and we had such a lovely stay. The dinner was absolutely outstanding. Thank you, highly recomnended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean spacious rooms with bathroom. We had a balcony as well. The buffet at the hotel is really good. Wide variety of vegetables and salads. Desert table was good for those with a sweet tooth.
