โ โ โ โ โ Rooms are a little out of date but good size beds, room service did need some attention had to ask for more toilet paper for our room, staff are very friendly. Location was amazing close to town but just far enough away, loads of off street parking

โ โ โ โ โ I should have sorted the reviews by "latest" and had a decent read - because I have exactly the same issues as all the recent one-star reviews.
I was horrified by how filthy the room was. And you can tell by the state of it that moving to another room would be no better - this wasn't just a stain on the carpet.
The room smelt musty and damp, the carpet felt grimy, the window sills and windows were covered in mould, and the fridge looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.
In the bathroom, where do I start? There was no toilet paper on the roll (my granddaughter discovered this the hard way and I had to go searching), the taps are covered in grime, there was hair on the bathroom door, and the shower glass bottom was opaque with filth. It was so bad that I refused to shower in the morning and rather waited until we got to our next accommodation.
The pool is in desperate need of some cosmetic work, and the outdoor hot pool was filthy.
I understand it's been hard for businesses the last couple of years, but most of my issues would be remedied with a decent deep clean from top to bottom.
If I could have found somewhere else to stay (within my budget) I would have left - but unfortunately being school holidays, everywhere else was fully booked.

โ โ โ โ โ First time being here. Amazing! Easy bookings. Welcoming staff. We just came for a get away with the kids dad as we live separately and the environment is just beautiful and family friendly. Highly recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Older X- hotel that has had a transformation. Large rooms .... very clean... full size bath... lovely staff.... note ! that not all rooms have air conditioning.
Outside they have a large swimming pool / spa pool and full snack, bar service around the pool area..... just lovely.

โ โ โ โ โ My partner and I had a fantastic stay! We stayed three nights in the twin Delux room very Friendly staff! Rooms was excellent very tidy, comfy beds and super spacious. Honestly recommend their food, even the bar staff were amazing just good vibes all round would come back in a heartbeat.

โ โ โ โ โ Beyond disappointing. We stayed for 2 nights during long weekend in their family room. The room had very strong smell and dust every where. Big obvious stains on blankets. Room didn't have kitchenette and when request for tap water- were told to use bathroom tap which had black mould around taps and holes. Hardly had any sleep as the fan in the room was shaky and so noisy. We didn't get towels or rubbish bins replaced. After a long day of activities when we returned around 7 pm and requested for towels to shower had to wait almost couple of hours. They said towels are still in washing and drying. Staff very rude, no smiles and wasn't interested in customer service. When we went to inquire for buffet breakfast we were told its included in the booking price, while we were eating breakfast staff came back to us asking for $30 per person. We 4 of us had long 2 years working tirelessly in Healthcare and was hoping to have decent experience for a change. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Nice clean and good sized room, staff were friendly and went over and above with any queries we had, we stayed 2 nights so didn't expect anyone to clean our room after our first night... we returned from a day out to fresh towels, our beds made and room cleaned, what a bonus! Kids loved the spa, pool and grotto spas. Breakfast was great, again great staff, yum food, great selection and the mango smoothie was delicious!!!!! lots of options for all, we had dinner at distinction and the food was delicious and full of flavour. No hesitation in giving 5 stars definately deserve more.
