★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service by Aiyub/Staffs name and Chinese descent staff. No cust service experience at all by both staff, no welcoming greetings. Just wanted credit card, bond$ and driv.licence to get on with it! Utterly disappointing. Cared less about the custs. Lastly you hire from Hertz and you pay XS$2300.00 that's right, you pay - ie. when you have an accident no matter who's at fault you pay. Wow ! Well done Hertz! And their superb staff service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car is fantastic...however to get the car even with our ID.... was very difficult. Because our card did not have our name on it. I get the policies etc to safe guard against fraud but the signatures both matched and it still wasn't accepted. Had to get an email sent from the bank to get ID verification. Also alot of hidden costs with the way insurance is covered etc. A $200+ vehicle ended up being $600+ Just be aware and make allowances when hiring a car. Ended up being a 30 to 40min process.

Ordered a Mazda 6 or similar, was given a mid range SUV, didn't worry me but some people that struggle with larger high vehicles may want to make sure you know what you're getting, vehicle was low ks and well presented.
Pre paid for vehicle and full cover, insurance stated $2500 excess on booking but at the desk was told $4500 excess unless I pay an extra $37 to bring the excess to zero.
An upsell scam if you ask me, as the same thing was sold to every customer in the room with me.
No gst recept for the extra either despite asking.

I even questioned the new price and they told us it was the extras we’d added - even though these were stated in the original price. When we came to drop off, we were not advised where to go or what to do. When we found it both the booth and the counter inside were unmanned. Won’t be using them again. Do not recommend!
