VERY VERY POOR They ask for a $200 Deposit so if you RETURN the car not full! They will use it to full the car up and return anything that is left. I returned car full and now they are saying they used it to put on top of my bill. WHEN I PAID IN FULL AND NOW THEY CANT RETURN MY $200 NOT VERY HAPPY AND VERY MAD

It was 11 am that I returned the car to the same parking lot at the Adelaide airport that I picked up my car, but to my surprise it was unattended. The counter at the airport was unattended too. So I was not sure if everything was OK? This is the only thing that bothers me and up to now I haven’t heard anything from them or received the final bill? Other than this small hiccup, the pickup experience and the car are a big thumbs up!

Highly recommend. Due to last minute plans did an online booking on the way to Sydney airport. Landed in Auckland and find service desk agent still there waiting even though I was an hr late due to my flight delay. He was very helpful, paper work done in less than 3min, I got upgraded to used a brand new SUV. Then though out the remainder of my stay in Auckland I was unable to return the car in time but the online contact centre were able to assist a return to another time free of charge. From online reservation to return and final transaction was all smooth. Will definitely be coming back to europcar AKL airport for all my NZ visits.

Disgusted that I was charged almost $7 including GST per litre for refueling. Always expected the rate to be higher but the most expensive price I can see in NZ is $2.42. Even if you allow for the cost of someone to take it to the petrol station to refuel, it should not be per litre.The girls at the counter on pickup were excellent. I cancelled my privilege card and won't be using Europcar again. I'm very disappointed in your company. Unjustifiable.

Great company, I left A*is as a preferred customer and joined these guys as the service and car availability is second to none. They have cars and they look after their customers. Highly recommended for business use.

Great car hire and upgrade even on a free weekend rental, over the New Year holiday period. Thanks Europcar, and thanks for the great honest customer service when I picked up the vehicle (admitting that the smaller car I had reserved wouldn't be good for a more hilly, longer-distance drive, and that the free upgraded 4WD vehicle would be more efficient with better fuel economy and power - and it was!)

Europcar computers were down when I arrived, waited 40 min to complete manual paperwork and collect the vehicle, making me late to a meeting (which was OK, I understand this stuff happens). However, I explained that I had prepaid for full insurance and the lady noted it down on the paperwork, they said an invoice would be sent to me when the computers were up and running. But, when I received the invoice they charged me an extra $230+ for full insurance. I have queried this multiple times but Europcar will not refund me for the insurance - even though I never asked for it. Disappointed too say the least, particularly considering I had to wait to collect the vehicle and they didn't even have the car I booked!
